The Scenario
Your group becomes the villagers of a medieval settlement that can only thrive if everyone pulls together. Each villager takes one of three roles β Gatherer, Crafter, or Builder β and holds a personal goal. Gatherers produce raw materials on a timer, Crafters turn those materials into goods, and Builders combine goods and materials into structures like houses, towers, churches, and the castle. Because nobody can finish alone, players move around the room, scan each otherβs pickup QR codes to collect what they need, and keep the production chain flowing until every villager fills their progress bar.
How to Play

- Show your pickup QR code so other villagers can scan it and take your goods.
- Keep producing until your personal progress bar is complete. π
Crafter
- Check what you craft β planks, tools, or bread β and which materials it needs.
- Tap π· Scan to collect the raw materials you need from other villagers.
- Once you have enough, press π¨ Make to turn them into goods.
- Show your own pickup QR code so builders can collect what you crafted.
- Repeat until you reach your goal and the progress bar fills up.
Builder
- Check which structure you build and the goods and materials it requires.
- Tap π· Scan to collect goods and materials from crafters and gatherers.
